The committee's responsibilities include assisting grant-making decisions, providing technical assistance and outreach to grant applicants, and reviewing and ranking grant applications.
The committee includes representatives from Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, a rural housing authority, a community provider, a developer who has done rural and urban projects, an employer who has to purchase housing for a workforce, and board members from Alaska's two Continuums of Care (CoC).
